Janine has been an exceptional physiotherapist who has worked with our daughter since she was four months old. When the pandemic began, we continued with virtual monthly visits that were accommodative to our schedule. Janine is a knowledgeable, assiduous and empathetic therapist. She is also an exceptionally kind individual. She has been a pivotal part of our son’s first year of life- our son was not meeting any gross motor milestones and he suffered from a significant case of torticollis. Janine is consistently punctual and helpful during each session. We are always struck by how diligently Janine works with our child and always with a smile and a positive attitude. After observations, Janine takes note of his challenges and each session, she tailors a straightforward program for my son. Exercises and strategies are easily implemented in our busy lives and they have been effective in helping him reach milestones. She also provides tips on choosing toys and activities that would further areas of motor development. Janine genuinely cares about my son’s progress and she has cheered on every accomplishment! Janine is fantastic! She is always professional, kind, empathetic and patient. She is excellent at keeping my three year old engaged in her physio for hip dysplasia and in communicating with me. Having her come to the house has also been invaluable for minimizing the stress on my child and maximizing what we can get out of each physiotherapy session.
